The Next Generation of Wrestlers You May Not Have Heard Of…Yet. Volume 12

Professional wrestling has been filled with second, third and even fourth generation wrestlers. Some have made it bigger than their family members, while others have flopped badly. We have already covered seven installments of this in past with Volume 1Volume 2Volume 3Volume 4Volume 5 , Volume 6Volume 7Volume 8 , Volume 9 , Volume 10 and Volume 11. Some made it, while others faltered. These up and coming generational wrestlers are for the most part lesser known than say the more established ones like The Rock, Bray Wyatt and Charlotte Flair. Who will rise and who will fall in the latest list of pro wrestlers with a legacy to uphold?

Keegan Garland – Son of Scotty 2 Hotty Garland

Keegan Garland was trained by Ace Steele and made his pro debut in 2024. He is currently working various independent shows with his father.

Dusty Money – Son of former Lady wrestler Lisa Darnell and Chief Jay Eagle

Dusty has been wrestling professionally since he was just 17 years old. He wrestles for various indie group across the south. His nickname is the ‘High flying Hillbilly’ and is a part of a tag team called ‘The Moonshine Express.’

Ty Rose – Son of Pat Rose and cousin to Randy Rose

Ty Rose is the son of wrestler Pat Rose who wrestled various territories in the late 1970’s through the 1990’s, as well as working as enhancement talent in both WCW and the WWF. His cousin Randy Rose was most notably known for his run in the Original Midnight Express. Ty currently works on the Georgia independent circuit.

Ricky Knight Jr. – Grandson of Ricky Knight, son of Roy Knight and nephew to Saraya (fka Paige in WWE)

Ricky Knight Jr. is a third generation wrestler of the famous Bevis wrestling family. He is the son of Saraya’s brother and fellow wrestler Roy Knight and grandson to Ricky Knight. He currently wrestles exclusively in England. He was trained by his grandparents Ricky and Sweet Saraya.

Morgana – Daughter of Luchador Pirata Morgan

Morgana was trained by her brother Pirata Morgan Jr and her father Pirata Morgan. She debuted in 2006 at the age of 19 years old. She currently competes for various Mexican independent groups.

Aleki Afi – Son of Siva Afi

Aleki Afi is the son of former WWF wrestler Siva (Sivi) Afi. Aleki was trained by the Wild Samoans of Afa and Sika and Samu. Aleki currently has his own promotion called Unify Championship Entertainment (UCE) based in Hawaii.

Brock Rechsteiner – Son of Scott Steiner, nephew of Rick Steiner and cousin to Bron Breakker.

Brock Rechsteiner recently signed a developmental contract with WWE after his college football career ended. He is expected to start training at the Performance Center, although it is unknown when he will actually start…if he hasn’t already.

Christopher Killings – Son of R Truth aka Ron Killings

R Truth revealed that his son is very interested in one day following in his father’s footsteps as a pro wrestler. He is currently playing college basketball for Penn State -Allegheny. R Truth says that if a career in the NBA doesn’t pan out, Christopher will be trained by Nattie Neidhardt and husband TJ Wilson and further training with Booker T and his Reality of Wrestling.

Joanna Tenta Soward – Daughter of John ‘Earthquake’ Tenta

Joanna Tenta is currently 32 years old, but is training with Absolute Intense Wrestling based in Cleveland, Ohio for a potential run in professional wrestling. She stated she always wanted to become a pro wrestler and follow in her dad’s footsteps until she was 15, when he passed away. She stopped watching wrestling until viewing Wrestlemania 39 and her passion for the business was reignited. While on the older side, so was Batista and DDP so anything is possible.

Syaa – Niece of Manami Toyota

Syaa is the niece to one of the greatest female wrestlers of all time…Manami Toyota. Syaa was trained by Yumiko Hotta and currently wrestles on the Japanese independents. Toyota was initially against her niece becoming a pro wrestler, knowing the physical and mental toll it could take on someone. Manami Toyota refused to reveal her relationship to Syaa, in fear that she would receive preferential treatment from everybody. After seeing Syaa’s passion and commitment, Toyota allowed Syaa to reveal that she was related to Japanese wrestling royalty and is 100% supportive of her endeavors in the squared circle.

TJ Bullard – Son of Titus O’Neil

TJ Bullard is the oldest son of WWE ambassador and former Prime Time Players member Titus O’Neil. He played football at Central Florida and recently signed a developmental deal with WWE.

Kaylie Guerrero – Daughter of Eddie Guerrero

The youngest daughter of Eddie Guerrero…Kaylie recently announced that she was going to start training to become a professional wrestler. Kaylie is not the daughter of Vickie Guerrero. She was born from another relationship that Eddie had. It is heavily rumored that Kaylie will get initial training from her cousin Chavo Guerrero Jr. Her step-sister Shaul attempted a wrestling career under the name ‘Raquel Diaz’ from 2010 until 2014, and was also used as a ring announcer.
