This is the 492nd installment of the ‘Wrestling with Sin‘ series. A group of stories that delves into the darker, underbelly of pro wrestling. Many of the stories involve such subjects as sex, drugs, greed and in some cases even murder! As with every single story in the Sin series, I do not condone or condemn the alleged participants. We simply retell their stories by researching interviews, newspapers, magazines and various other sources of media.
Vitamin Pee

At the height of Jake Roberts drug addiction back in 1999, Roberts was booked for an independent show in Ohio. During the evening, Roberts got high and started trashing the dressing room. He broke light fixtures, punched holes in the wall and brought a woman into the dressing room with the sole purpose of giving him a blow job in front of other wrestlers. When the booker/ wrestler Jerry Grey was alerted of Roberts behavior, he went to confront him.

According to Grey, all the wrestlers cleared out of the dressing room believing that a big fight was about to happen. The only wrestler who stayed behind was the Honkytonk Man, who Grey said wanted to be front row to watch Jake Roberts get his ass kicked. Before Grey could lay a finger on Jake Roberts, Jake began to weep and began apologizing profusely to Grey about his antics. Still angry, Grey was ready for a fight, but Roberts wanted to show Grey just how sorry he was. Roberts took an empty Gatorade bottle and pissed inside of it. Jerry Grey thought Roberts was going to fling the urine at him…instead…Roberts allegedly drank the entire bottle of piss.

Grey was disgusted and asked Jake to leave the show. Realizing that he wasn’t going to get paid his $1,000 fee, Roberts charged Grey and was immediately put in a bear hug and thrown to the ground. The next day, a woman claiming to be Jake’s girlfriend/wife called Grey and asked for his money for the show. She said that Jake accidentally drank rat poison that fell into his coffee as the reason for his odd behavior…neglecting the part where he drank his own pee. Grey said he ended up paying Roberts his fee feeling that Roberts was a long time friend and needed the money more than he did.
Kiss Off

Lenita Erickson was a former rock vocalist with the band Vixen, Madam X and other bands who was hired by World Championship Wrestling due to her having a relationship with KISS front man Gene Simmons. She was hired by WCW executive Brad Siegel and paid a six figure salary to be a backstage interviewer with the company. It was heavily rumored that Erickson had a brief affair with Siegel at the time as well.

While she only appeared once on WCW television interviewing Power Plant graduate Bob Sapp, she remained with the company until the very end. In fact, she partnered with both JJ Dillon and Jerry Jarrett in an attempt to purchase WCW once it was announced as for sale. While their bid was unsuccessful, Erickson also made headlines with Gene Simmons’ longtime partner/wife Shannon Tweed later on.

Tweed accused Erickson of stalking her and her husband years after Lenita and Simmons’ relationship ended. Currently, Lenita still sings and takes care of horses…she is no longer involved any way in the wrestling business.
Rollin’ With The Punches

Wrestler Don Fargo was working in the Louisiana territory when one evening, he and a lady friend went out drinking. While driving, the two got into an argument in which the woman allegedly called Fargo a “phony” in regards to his career as a pro wrestler. Fargo then supposedly slapped the woman across her face in drunken anger. The female passenger responded by throwing punches at Fargo. He retaliated by opening up the passenger side door of his car and kicking her out of the vehicle while moving at around 40 miles per hour.
Fargo then looked in his rear view mirror and watched as the woman began bouncing like a rubber ball on the pavement. Fearing he may have killed the woman, Fargo put the car in reverse and went back to retrieve the woman. Luckily, the woman was alive and suffered no broken bones, just a bunch of cuts and bruises. Fargo put the woman back in his car and went to another bar to continue drinking.
When Four Becomes Five

While on a plane ride carrying WCW staff and wrestlers, ‘Mean’ Mike Enos was playing music too loudly. Sitting in front of Enos was Arn Anderson who became visibly agitated. After shouting and telling Enos to shut the music off, the Disco Inferno who sitting next to Enos began laughing.

Disco allegedly got up and and told Arn…”Yeah that’s telling him Arn” and held up four fingers in a symbolic gesture to the Four Horsemen. Anderson was in no mood and allegedly turned around and open hand slapped Disco across his face and then sat back down and went to sleep.
