This is the 495th installment of the ‘Wrestling with Sin‘ series. A group of stories that delves into the darker, underbelly of pro wrestling. Many of the stories involve such subjects as sex, drugs, greed and in some cases even murder! As with every single story in the Sin series, I do not condone or condemn the alleged participants. We simply retell their stories by researching interviews, newspapers, magazines and various other sources of media.
Where The Big Boys Play…A Little Too Much!

Madusa recalled her time in WCW and dealing with who she described as “creepy” in the president of Turner Sports…Dr. Harvey Schiller. Schiller, who was Eric Bischoff’s direct boss in WCW, supposedly had a thing for Madusa. She claimed that Schiller would send her flowers for no reason. This, despite Schiller knowing full well that she was a married woman and the flowers could create issues with her husband.

Then, one day, Dr. Schiller invited Madusa up to his office in Atlanta’s corporate headquarters with the reasoning of discussing her future with the company. Madusa felt really uncomfortable as Dr. Schiller kept on implying things not related to pro wrestling. Dr. Schiller asked her to sit next to him on his couch and she immediately refused. When she questioned why she was asked up to his office, Madusa said Dr. Schiller allegedly made a few inappropriate comments and she said she stormed out of his office cursing him.

Madusa would later receive a letter from corporate that she had failed a recent random drug test and needed to see a Turner appointed doctor to take further tests. Madusa knew that the test results were a way for the company to try and get out of their contract with her. She insisted she never did any drugs and was certain that the company was out to get her. She wasn’t sure who tried to set her up, but had her suspicions. She said she took her letter and went straight to Turner’s legal department and offered to take a urine test to prove she was 100% clean right then and there. Madusa said that the legal department would drop the demand for her to see the corporate doctor.
